Gemini Full Moon Gathering

The Full Moon while the Sun is in the constellation of Gemini will occur at 9:20 am PDT on Tuesday, June 2. The actual timing of this full moon puts it in the sign of Sagittarius, the sign of planetary / physical fire and achieving, setting and aiming for goals. Gemini is the third major Moon Festival (The Festival of Goodwill / Love) that will have an impact on the rest of your astrological year.

Gemini: The 3rd Major Moon Festival
This is the 3rd of the four major moon festivals of the year. In Aries, the Moon of Resurrection, we bring in the Power of Cosmic Fire to bring life forth anew. In Taurus, the Moon of Light, we bring in the Enlightenment of the Third Eye and the Energies of the Divine Hierarchy.
In Gemini, the Moon of Good Will, we share the Power and Light we have received with Love, or the “Will To Do Good” for others, in order to co-create for the highest good of all.
In Cancer, it is made manifest in the “Houses of Light” we are building, in which we will dwell the remainder of the year. Cancer represents the Divine Plan on Earth.
Remember the closing line in The Great Invocation: Let Love and Light and Power restore the Plan on Earth. This is an especially strong full moon for working with, to accelerate and evolve your relationships.
How To Work With Full Moons
The Full Moons are times when the maximum amount of light within a constellation (the normal light from the sun and the largest reflection of the fullmoon) are hitting the Earth.
In accordance with Natural Law, light amplifies whatever it hits. It is valuable to know this, because where there is more Light, there is more Shadow. So it is up to us to work consciously with these energies and co-create that which we intend for our highest good… Or the energies will simply ricochet around in our lives and amplify “whatever” they hit.

Roll over Free Horoscopes in the menu at the top of the home page and then select “Chart Drawing, Ascendant.” Follow the directions and enter your birth information. The Gemini Full Moon – Energies of Love and The Will To Do Good
Gemini, the sign of the Twins, is about duality–Free Will and Co-Creation. It’s about making the choice of “Will to do Good” or “Good Will,” which is Love. Gemini is the third of the important initial FOUR full moons for Manifestation in the remainder of the year: Aries, Taurus, Gemini and Cancer. (Fire, Earth, Air, Water)
In Aries, the earth is charged by the Fire of Cosmic POWER that awakens the Earth to Spring and to be born anew. The sign is Fire, as in the vehicle that burns away the old and charges new life.
In Taurus, the Earth receives the charge of LIGHT, in the form of Enlightenment, which is received at a higher level by the resurrected / born anew vehicle and consciousness. The sign is Earth, as in the vehicle or incarnated being who receives Enlightenment.
In Gemini, that POWER and LIGHT has been transmuted / transformed by our bodies into LOVE — expressed as the WILL TO GOOD or the Will To Co-Create for the highest good of all. So we take the LIGHT and POWER that we have received and manifest it in expressions of LOVE and Good Will transmitted by vibration / Air that we share with others and the planet.
Gemini culminates in the Alchemical Marriage of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine at the Summer Solstice, which marks the beginning of Cancer (Water). They come together and a Conscious Energy Form is given birth to, or brought into manifestation at a new level of BEING in the constellation of Cancer…which is represented by the seed thought “I Build a House of Light and Therein Dwell.” Remember… Gestation is always in Water!
Because it is about sharing Good Will and Love, the Gemini Full Moon is often called the Festival of Humanity, but I have experienced that is goes far beyond Humanity to all Kingdoms of Creation. So I prefer to think of it by other names that it has been called—the Festival of Goodwill or The Festival of Love. The sign is Air, as in the vehicle that transmits the Energy of Love.
The True Power of The Gemini Festival of Love
Power without Love can lead to Chaos. Light without Love can be misused by the Shadow it creates. Love is what ties Power and Light together and allows it to be shared for the Highest Good of All. Because we as Humankind are the Guardians of the Earth, to celebrate this festival means to have Faith in Humanity and in those who work for the uplifting and mutual benefit of All.
That can be a hard thing in these times. But the key word is Faith. In the Christian tradition there is a well-known saying from the New Testament: “Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” The truth that I know is that means things that we hope for which we haven’t yet seen with our physical eyes, but that we can see with our third eye and feel with our heart.
Here is why the Gemini Full Moon is so powerful: Each year, a rare combination of energies in the form of ALL SEVEN RAYS is released at this time. It is said that this is the only time during the year that humanity can contact so many energies at once. And if you sit and work with these energies, I trust, know and experience that you will find it to be so.
This is the Full Moon that Lightworkers and Light-seekers can receive a CHARGE and transmit a FLOW of all Seven Rays to share it with others and the world.
In the Kabbalah or Tree of Life, the key to the Temple of Tiphareth (the Temple of the Heart) is Love. Love gives us access to the virtue of Beauty, because that which we Love is Beautiful to us. No one can see or experience Beauty without Love in their heart. So Beauty is Love made manifest. When we connect as a group for the purpose of Love, the result is Beauty in our lives. This is the dynamic and manifestation of Gemini.
Gemini is a sign about communication—and what more profound communication is there than Power, Light and Love? It is said that Gemini forms a point of entrance for cosmic energy from Sirius. Those of you who work with Sirian Guidance may find this to be a powerful and fruitful time for connection and communication.
The Twins of Gemini are also about duality… the power of discernment, the ability to choose and the appropriate use of Free Will. This area governs relationships and communication. This is a great time to have clarity and to make great leaps forward in communications and relationships—at all levels. That also means relationship to Self, Others, The Universe and All That Is / Source.
Sagittarius Energies – Setting Goals and Aiming Higher
The timing of this moon is under the influence of Sagittarius, The Centaur Archer. The key thought for Sagittarius is the essence of initiation made manifest: “I See the Goal. I Reach the Goal and I See Another.” The element of Sagittarius is Fire—the more grounded Fire of our Spirit here on Earth, rather than Cosmic (Aries) or Solar (Leo).
The Centaur concept, which is half human and half horse symbolizes the goals that we seek at two levels: the level of the Personality (Lower Self / Horse) and the level of the Spirit (Higher Self /Human). It is the coming together of the Personality and the Inner Divinity of Spirit that makes the Light of our true nature, purpose and possibilities possible. Hmm… there’s that Duality again… ; )
How to Work with This Full Moon
This is a powerful time to come together in ceremony to set intentions for co-creation for the highest good of all. This is a time when Lightworkers and Light-seekers can easily receive and channel the rays of Gemini energy to all Kingdoms on the Planet.
Whether you are with others or alone, I encourage you to take time to sit at this powerful time and contemplate what you want to manifest in the next nine months of the astrological year. You are “pregnant” with the potential to manifest… What will you co-create? The reality that you manifest depends largely on your relationships with the Others, the World, the Universe and All That Is / Source.
Ponder on this, plant the seed thoughts for what you want to grow in your life… and have a wonderful Gemini / Sagittarius Full Moon!
