I have the impression and sensation that my grounding cord, root chakra and crown or core star, hara line, whatever name we call it, has been re-attached. That there was something that was not connected, and I experienced a very, very, deep and satisfying feeling between my 2nd and 3rd chakras during the release process during the class.
