Angelic Blessing With Christopher Dilts – Uninterested Skeptic To Enthusiastic Advocate

I’ll admit – I was a bit skeptical about “letting my angels do the work while I relaxed and received”, never having met anyone who does this work, let alone ever seeing angels in my dreams or meditations. A friend convinced me to experience a 90 minute Angelic Blessing with Christopher Dilts, (What? A man who works with angels?).

I didn’t have anything else going on that night, so I figured at the very least I could unwind from the hectic workday.

When I walked into the dimly lit yoga room, there were around 60 or so men and women from various walks of life preparing for the event by laying down their yoga mats and strategically placed blankets. I could feel the buzz of excitement in the air as I listened to the hushed conversations throughout the room. When Christopher appeared, I was quite taken by his stature (he’s around 6’6”), attractive looks and overall commanding presence. He resembled a 21st Century motivational speaker more so than an angel guide to me.

Christopher started the Blessing promptly, with a brief, informative talk about the current energies with regards to the planetary influences, and what may come up in terms of spiritual, relationship, health, and money issues. Kind of like an astrological reading without the Sun Signs. I could tell this man was well informed on this topic, and I was beginning to get enthused about what was in store for us this evening.

After the talk, we were instructed to sit upright while we got grounded and aligned our chakras (energy centers), and could lie down for the rest of the session at any time. Not being a yogini, this appealed to me, as I prefer not to sit without a chair for extended lengths of time. Christopher led us in a wonderful, guided meditation that truly did feel grounding and at the same time a deeply meditative state, working through the chakras to get the energy flowing properly in order to receive. In no time at all, my system was winding down and syncing with the soothing guidance, and I was feeling quite nice. At that point I eased onto my back, while Christopher was calling in archangel Gabriel to anchor the Northeast corner of the room. Although I had no idea what he was attempting to do, and not seeing or feeling anything that resembled an angel named Gabriel, listening to him speak, I realized that he was not actually speaking at all, rather, he was so fluid and succinct, it sounded as though he was channeling the words from some other dimension.

Christopher was calling in a different Archangel for each corner of the room, and at the same time, explaining that Angel’s purpose and gift for us that evening. At some point, I actually lost focus on what he was saying, as my logical left brain started shutting down. I began to go into a deep state of relaxation, and could only hear his words as background noise. It felt as though I left my body and drifted into an altered state. I could feel beautiful energy coursing though my system, causing my body to quiver. It was then that I received an inspiring message, perhaps from one of the angels, about a project I was working on, encouraging me to follow through with it. I drifted back into this heavenly trancelike state, and was soon overcome with sheer bliss. I could feel my face beaming with what felt like a smile that encompassed my entire face. The joy I felt was love pouring from my soul and into the room. I felt like I had enough love to give to everyone in the room, and then, on the planet. It was extraordinary; I felt one with every thing and every one.

When it was time to come out of the experience, I felt a deep sense of gratitude; for Christopher, for those in the room, for myself, for everything, actually. I couldn’t believe that 1 ½ hrs. passed, as it felt like only 20 minutes or so. I felt so nice, as if my body was filled with warm honey. We gently stretched and peeled ourselves off of our mats. On the floor, next to where our heads were, was an angel card with a message for each of us, placed there by Christopher. To me, this was icing on the cake, as I felt as though I already received everything I needed during the ceremony. It was also very interesting to me that the card’s message was quite relevant to an issue that I was currently working with in my life.

I’ve since attended several of Christopher’s Angelic Blessings, and each one has been a different, yet deeply profound and rewarding experience. I’ve witnessed some wonderful things unfolding for me in my daily life around these events. Even if you’ve never participated in anything like this, or have never done any healing work of any kind, I highly recommend trying this just once. You will most likely walk away with something inspirational to assist you on your journey, and at the very least, you will leave feeling refreshed, very peaceful and deeply relaxed. It will be time well spent.
